Very impressed with Rep AI Chatbot's performance on our website after a straightforward installation process and have found the team very helpful whenever I have needed assistance. Highly recommended.

First of all, the customer service was friendly and helpful. However, the app didn’t impress me much. Several training sessions were necessary to get the app on track, and I still noticed incorrect communication between the app and my customers. Another negative point is the price. Depending on the size of your shop, it can become a significant monthly expense. After the trial period, the app counted one sale, but when I checked the details in my backend, it was doubtful that this single sale came through this app.

Chatbot is effective, streamlining customer queries and making the website more efficient. Support team is truly excellent, very helpful and easy to reach out to, I feel any issues we have will be investigated quickly and acted on and I can reach out easily.
