shopify kee charging after uninstalled. No refund!! So , be careful with this app. Shopify bill and charge you, but the app is not part of shopify. If you have any problem with the charges, you need to go to RepAi, they don't fix and send you again to Shopify... At the end, no one is responsible for the charges, and you lose your money.

Our service is a Shopify app, and cancellations can be completed through Shopify. When you uninstall our app directly through Shopify, the subscription is automatically terminated, and no further charges are applied. If the subscription is not canceled before the next cycle starts, Shopify automatically charges you. We've reviewed your case, and it appears that's what happened and why you were charged for our services.
While Shopify made the charges in accordance with its policy, your satisfaction is our top priority, and our team is always happy to go the extra mile and help. We were unable to locate any previous inquiries from you; we emailed you directly last week to assist you in this matter. We look forward to hearing back from you.
