This app does exactly what it promises to do! Although some features are limited, it's awesome that Peek offers free plan for starter to test it out. Live chat is also responsive and helpful. I'd recommend this app for all new/small businesses.
Great app to see specially if the visitors are reading your content or not or where they spend the most time. Its fun.

I started a free trial, which I canceled, however they charged me anyway. I have been asking for a refund for 2 weeks and every time I contact them they tell me to wait without any solution.
Hello! When you install the app, you'll start with a 7-day free trial of the Pro plan, not the paid version. You can see how many days are left in your trial at the top of every page in the app.
If you decide the Pro plan isn’t for you, you can switch to the Free plan anytime before the trial ends, and you won’t be charged.
There is an issue with the refund process from shopify's end. We informed them when reached out to us. They will manually processing the refund. :)
This app is amazing! I highly recommend it! It helps to understand customers behavior and also what products grab their attention and it has been a true insight into helping to customize more popular type items that would have better conversion. Don was great in answering some of my questions! Support is better than most apps for sure!
