The session replay feature is really great and helps understanding your customers' behaviour and find some bad layout flows.

Great app! The best thing is that it is free. You get 10,000 monthly recordings.
Something that can be improved is adding the IP of the user's provider.
As you get bots from google/Facebook/amazon so its good to know whether the visitor was on your site was a bot or real human.
