It's really amazing to use Better Replay.
You can understand how user surfing your website, which products they are looking.
It's really helpful to increase understanding of your most loved product.

It helps to see customer behaviour and gives you some ideas about what they are looking for. sometimes it records your own session of your own location too which annoying but still it's very helpful.

Just installed. Good app. interesting and very useful. Hope this will improve my store's conversion rate.

This is a useful tool. It's great you can skip idle time because some people spend 15 minutes on the site (usually because they walk away and come back later) and I don't have to fast forward anything. Just remember that what you see in playback does mask some things or not show entire pages (checkout) so it's not a problem with your store, it's just how it is delivered which is covered in FAQ. Good app!
