So far the app is ok. Certainly wish that the screen was a bit larger to view the replay but it gives you a drop down box that shows where the customer went on the website so that helps as well

We enjoy this app so far. It has definitely helped with find out why some customers haven't gone through with purchases.

It would be nice if I could see past recordings further back than what I'm offered, and a way to filter the visits by how far they went.
