This app helped me right out of the gate. I was getting lots of visitors but no sales. I watched the replays and immediately saw the problem. Buyers kept clicking on my reviews. My website is new so I didn't have many. I uninstalled the reviews app altogether and got my first sale within an hour!

I have having a low conversion rate and this app lets me replay customer session recording, hence I can see whats wrong with the page and then improve it.
