love it!!! there are problems sometime due to like lag of pictures. And the videos kind of got cut alot
is a good tool for see what happened with customers inside the site, help us to improve our site and our site design
Mostly records my own visits and when it does capture someone else its very choppy footage with tags like "added to cart" when there wasn't.
Thanks for your review. We're taking a look at the add to cart issue. If you can re-install the app we'd better be able to assist you (you can keep session recording disabled if you wish - just hit the toggle on the top right side of the screen).
Only displays the last 7 sessions... What should I do if I want to see the rest of the visitor sessions?

This app is very useful and it allows me to keep track of how my customers are taking on my website
Very simple to use and efficient. I have a better understanding of how the customers is behaving on my website.
OMG, I wish I had installed this app a lot earlier! It is so amazing to be able to see what people are doing on your website, and what UI confuses them. We just sent out a promotion with direct link to the landing page. And we saw someone going back and forth between the landing page and something else looking confused. So we added the line in red "Just start shopping and add items to cart to see the discount when you check out." to make it more clear. Works Great! Most apps like this cost a lot of money but its nice to know that apps like this give a free alternative.
