Rally good app to check all activities performed by customer. It helps a lot to identify the problem and we can improve our website and products

Great app. Definitely a necessity for those who want to know a bit more about their customer's experience. Seeing what the customer does on the site is an easy way to see hangups, things of interest and exit points.
