Hi there - we apologize for your recent experience with Replay. We limit the recordings for stores with high traffic to help distribute the sessions across the month. However, this is something we can modify on a case-by-case basis.

amazing! I love how you can view what your customer is viewing! It is very helpful to see how they see your website. I wish I had installed this sooner!
I like it. You can actually see the process of the customer. It helps us to see where they get stuck. So far pretty good!

So far so good. Love the view where you can see what the user actually did, it really helps us with seeing where the flow of the sites should go.
