I downloaded this app a few days ago and the recordings could not be played. The constant error message was "Not Found. Contact admin for valid URLs".
Which I did. I contacted them using 'get support' via shopify and emailed them directly. I waited for 2 days, checked inbox and spam multiple times a day but no reply. I have adds running and ppl falling off my funnel and I thought this app will be helpful. Guess not.

Really disappointed.

Edit:
After 2-3 days of trying to contact them, the app is now working. It works amazing for me to trace my customer's behavior on my website. The admin did not contact me or anything to amend my 1 star review but I feel like editing this review will go to help everyone who reads this get a feel of the support that is present and their response time. Great app! it helps to see more clearly what a visitor clicks most and what should you add to boost sales

usefull to check how visitors go arround. best of all it is free. why do i need a minimun of 100 words?

Really good. Helped me alot in putting myself in the audience perspective. I think it's great to have a recorded session like this in comparison with the normal heatmaps :)
