I used to see what my customers/visitors was really doing and how they navigate on the website. from mobile phones and desktops.
Does show location as well, so looks very good
this app has been good so far for what i needed to see what customers ook for and see the moves made

I downloaded this app a few days ago and the recordings could not be played. The constant error message was "Not Found. Contact admin for valid URLs".
Which I did. I contacted them using 'get support' via shopify and emailed them directly. I waited for 2 days, checked inbox and spam multiple times a day but no reply. I have adds running and ppl falling off my funnel and I thought this app will be helpful. Guess not.
Really disappointed.

After 2-3 days of trying to contact them, the app is now working. It works amazing for me to trace my customer's behavior on my website. The admin did not contact me or anything to amend my 1 star review but I feel like editing this review will go to help everyone who reads this get a feel of the support that is present and their response time. So here it is. Cheers!
