It worked fine for a few days. Then suddenly I cannot replay the sessions. It says " This page isn’t workingapi.better-replay.com redirected you too many times.
Try clearing your cookies.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS" I tried clearing my browsing history, cache, cookies, etc. but still did not work. I also tried using a different browser and still not working. I tried contacting their customer support by the app and by email but I got no response for days. Maybe this review would have your customer service team assist me. I'd be glad to update my review. Thanks

it's good, but it doesn't show the checkout page while the customer is finishing the purchase

So we can't know why the customer left the products

Great App! really enjoying it so far. Love that its free too! Highly recommend to all users who want to improve their stores.

This is a great app for viewing the customer journey on your store to see where people are getting confused or where most people are navigating too. The fact that this is free is a game-changer.

I've had it installed for a week. No recordings yet. I just flipped a switch that said enabled/disabled, so we'll see if that works.
I'll rate it higher once i see it working.

OMG AMzing!! I have learnt why people are getting stuck on my website, i notiched the loading is taking to long on my website so now will change my website to make it faster at loading and easy for my customers,
