You can monitor each visit to your site, see where people go, and when they drop off. This is a must have app if you want to keep site visitors!
It's very easy to setup and it works like a charm. I definitely recommend the app, I think it offers the best value out there.

I like the premise, but not sure if my customers are just leaving or the recording is messed up. Hopefully its the recording.
It really helped understand how the customers navigate the site and where they might get stuck. Quite valuable. Def. recommended.
