This app gave me such valuable insight into how customers navigate my store. I could see exactly where they paused or got confused, which helped me make smart improvements right away. And the customer service was absolutely fabulous! They patiently guided me through the setup and answered all my questions with such care. I couldn’t be happier with the support I received!

This software has malicious deductions. I originally chose a package of $29/month, but I was charged $249 in one month. The relevant page does not explain how these extra fees are deducted, nor how the excess is deducted, and the money is deducted privately. After I asked about the situation, they just said they didn't know and were willing to refund the points for future use. After this, who would dare to use this plugin? I asked for a refund for the extra fees, but the customer service no longer responded. The latest reply said that the fees have been refunded, but after checking, only $29 was refunded, and the $249 was not refunded at all. They only made false comments to cover up their mistakes!

Really solid app. We used the free version for some time, but it was so good we decided to upgrade. It's worth it. You'll learn really useful things from watching the recordings that will help you know where to improve your site.

This app does exactly what it promises to do! Although some features are limited, it's awesome that Peek offers free plan for starter to test it out. Live chat is also responsive and helpful. I'd recommend this app for all new/small businesses.

Great app, but sometimes the full sessions are not recorded especially with purchase sessions

Peek is a must have for your Shopify store. It's extremely beneficial to see how you can approve your website and where customers tend to move on. This app has helped our store tremendously!

The paid version is too expensive and not worth it.
If you cancel, make sure it is close to your billing date, since it gets canceled the moment you request it, and you will lose the remaining of your subscription despite having paid for it.

If you follow your site live in the live preview section in shopify, you will see that many people add to the cart and exit. It's a great program to find out why these activities don't turn into sales. The only bad thing is that if you have a site that gets a lot of visitors, you are watching visitor movements like addicted to the screen for hours :)
