Great App for Live Session recording, seeing customer activity helps get an understanding of how your site is viewed by customers, which in turn helps you to tweak your site to be more customer-friendly. It will be awesome when the planned heatmaps are ready. Support was quick and professional.

I've just installed this app, Very easy to set up (one enable button)
-It asks you to browse your site & come back to view the recording.
Everything works,
-Heat pad,
-Full Display,
-Shows the pages in full view of what the viewer has seen.
-options to disable the recording of sensitive site areas.
Anything bad I will update my review, But so far an amazing app to use
This app is a great feature to have. It has helped me a lot to understand my customers how they navigate m y website. So far it's been meeting my needs. I enjoy this app because it is easy to use.
