Peek! ‑ Better Replay & Survey

This app is pretty expensive for its purpose. There are other apps that offer the same services for a fraction of the price, I should have known about them sooner. I used to love this from when I had stores back in 2020, and it was free, and there were no frequent downtime. That's why I did not hesitate to install this app. So I am regretting installing this app. I wouldn't mind paying $29, but the app is just down far too often and precious replays are not recorded. Update: The support team is great, and the quality of the support made up for the app’s short comings. I hope there will be less unexpected downtime like only once in a while. Thanks again!

Since day one this app has been great to give us an idea of where we need improvements. The recent updates are just cherry on the top. Highly recommend this app!

The best app I have ever used. it is quick and easy to set-up, one set up you can view the user's screen and see how your website actually performs.

This app is extremely useful. Shopify has very few good apps. The majority are a complete garbage made by people who don't know anything about business. But this App, however, is the opposite. It teaches you a lot about your clients and how they think and behave. It's mandatory to have it if you are serious about your business. I learned a lot just by observing the behaviors of my visitors, namely, the type of problems they face when visiting my shop through different devices, and how certain apps I installed behave when others use them. But this App can be improved. I don't need access to the entire world but only my target countries. The app could let me select only the countries I want, so I don't have to filter the clients on my own. I don't really need all the recordings. I also recommend recording only visitors that spend at least 2 minutes in the website. The "curious visitors" don't provide any useful information.

So far its very easy to set up, just installed so havent had much of a chance to use it, cant wait to use this to help my store.
