So far so good, LOVE the idea, just need the video to play properly but overall im happy to have this handy tool

I've been capturing some great insights from this app and it's helped me make my site more user friendly. It sometimes has trouble capturing visitor activity (and I wish it wouldn't track my own!), but over all it's a good free app.

Great free app to replace Lucky Orange. Only issue is that it doesn't store many sessions at one time. Still worth it :) ddd

I find it helpful to gauge a customers movements. Please improve the memory and I would rate this app 5 stars!

This is an essential app for all shopify stores.

Great app! Would love to see session outcome to see which are worth viewing (cart, homepage, purchase. etc.)

Amazing, so easy to use and really interesting to see where customers click. Very clear video format. Would be nice if the app offered automatic analysis and optimisation recommendations so I don't have to watch through each video log.

Great to be able to see what my customers are looking at in my store. The app runs a little slow and always defaults to 2x speed. Itd be nice to default to 1x.

it's good, but it doesn't show the checkout page while the customer is finishing the purchase

So we can't know why the customer left the products

Looks good but I've not been using it for long. I'll come back and update where necessary - so far I like it.

UPDATE.
The app is good but we're aware that it doesn't capture ALL activity on the website! (noticeable missing activity when a customer has placed an order and no corresponding video to connect, so sometimes it's there and other times not). To ensure all activity is collected and reliable, we use Storeview as a backup.

I'll leave the rating at 4.
