So far it is helping me have a clearer picture of how people are interacting with my website. I believe it can have positive results once I get enough data to improve my site.

Very useful. Don't waste your money on expensive tracking systems, just do it yourself. You can just "spy" on your customers and find out what keeps them from buying. I don't have anything to complain (except for that the app is getting shut down because of maintenance work, but no worries)
