Love the app! Super excited to see how it helps us with sales and figuring out the traffic of our customers!

Great app so far - seems to be doing a good job, recordings are coming through fine and you can see skip straight to whatever page you like which is a nice feature. Oh and it's free - what more can you ask!

We only just enabled betterplay and we have been able to get a grasp of our site visitors behaviour. The app shows what activity your visitors engage in when they visit your store. For us, it helped to show visitors had been directed to a wrong landing page for a product promotion and we're able to fix this. Thank you betterplay.

I just installed this app and appears to be working great. 1st day and I can see what my customers see and change my theme a bit. Awesome!

So far, so good. I'll leave a more detailed review after I've had a good amount of time with it. I've only watch 1 recording and it seems great.

Does exactly what it says. Kinda wish there was a way to filter our recordings under 1 minute in length, but I won't complain for a free app.
