Great to be able to see what my customers are looking at in my store. The app runs a little slow and always defaults to 2x speed. Itd be nice to default to 1x.

this one is magic, it's one a was looking for a long time. Unfortunately it cannot access the checkout page

I just started using this App from my fellow drop shippers! A great recommendation, and I think this is the new top app for heat maps, thanks so much!

This app does what it's supposed to. I'm surprised it's free and I'm happy it is. This application is so powerful if you know how to use it, the session recording is a huge insight and advantage by being able to understand how your visitors think and feel on your store, and also catching problems before they haunt you. Highly recommend, plus it's fun to use :)

This is a great way to get insights on your customers! Watch each video, see their location and push the right products out there!

Wow it's fantastic!! You can easily view what your clients do on your store and understand what you can change on your store to make it more profitable ;)

it's good, but it doesn't show the checkout page while the customer is finishing the purchase

So we can't know why the customer left the products

It worked fine for a few days. Then suddenly I cannot replay the sessions. It says " This page isn’t workingapi.better-replay.com redirected you too many times.
Try clearing your cookies.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS" I tried clearing my browsing history, cache, cookies, etc. but still did not work. I also tried using a different browser and still not working. I tried contacting their customer support by the app and by email but I got no response for days. Maybe this review would have your customer service team assist me. I'd be glad to update my review. Thanks
