I'm genuinely surprised to see how it tracks customer behavior. There takes the mystery out of the question "what are customers doing on the site?"

Really cool app! Does what it promises. Provides awesome insight into one's webstore. This lets you see what people do and don't like.

Just tried this for the very first time. Quite impressive but will need to take my time and see how effective it can be to understand the users' behavior.

Would be nice to have a collective heatmap from the most viewed pages tho.
