I installed it and turned on the toggle for enabling record. But nothing happened even though there were traffic through my site. So I uninstalled it because it didn't work at all.
Stopped working. Every session is now "Newark, NJ" and when clicked, I get: Not Found. Contact admin for valid URLs. I've contacted CartKit... Waiting for a response. If I don't hear from them soon, I'm uninstalling.
Update Nov 25: We provided the solution for this issue via email. No response from the customer yet and the app was removed.

I messaged their LiveChat 3 times asking about Heatmap issues for a week, but never got a response. The screen monitoring sometimes does sometimes freeze.
Update: The app has stopped working correctly unfortunately. Has lots of promise but no longer records sessions. Sent a support ticket and never heard back.
Seems great so far, can't beat free! Easy installation and recordings are great quality. Will update review with further thoughts

Mostly records my own visits and when it does capture someone else its very choppy footage with tags like "added to cart" when there wasn't.
Thanks for your review. We're taking a look at the add to cart issue. If you can re-install the app we'd better be able to assist you (you can keep session recording disabled if you wish - just hit the toggle on the top right side of the screen).

It quit working all together for no reason. Before I liked the app, it didn't follow only 1 out of 30 visitors, which I found weird. But, I did find one of my issues with following that 1 person.

Hello! It's possible there was some downtime when you had installed the app. We've been trying to reach you for a few days now, if you can kindly get back to us we'd really appreciate it!
Hundreds of site visits. No recordings. Will not be paying for something that simply does not work. Thanks tho.
Update: We were failing to show the most recent activity in the dashboard but the recordings were being saved correctly. This issue was resolved on Feb 10 and we are waiting to hear back from the store owner.

Doesn't work. Enabled the toggle switch and visited the site in another browser. Came back to app dashboard and no recording shows up.
Update: Out of nowhere I visited the dashboard again hours later and now two recordings show up, but nothing happens when I click to view them. It just gets stuck on the media player screen with no video and a "loading data" message.
I have had no luck with Consistent Cart apps on Shopify. *uninstall*
