This is amazing. Really. The ability to see how my users are interacting with my site, what experiences might be tripping them up, etc. is so incredibly useful.

I used this app to track customers' behavior on my website. I really like how it track each session. I highly recommend this app.

It records the sessions, however, it would be better somehow it can let us send a message or email to visitors.

Great so far. It helped me find a problem with my cart button!!!. Could not see the recordings in chrome but fine in safari.
