Just installed and in love with it. You are able to see the exact path the customer used which is valuable information. Must have app and it is FREE!
Works GREAT! If your site is getting traffic then THIS is the next step for you. see how your customers behave and where your site can be improved. I watched one customer click my TOS provided in my theme and it didn't work, they immediately left my shop. I WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN WITHOUT THIS APP!
4 stars because the app keeps defaulting to an old date for vids and I can't see the new ones without contacting them first. The second time this has happened. They are fast with email responses and very pleasant. did not notice much of a drop in website speed.
Super cool to be able to see how people interact with my store delugames.com and what I can change to increase conversions! I love it!

Enjoyed the free trial and didn't know it would charge me right after it ended. However, a nice rep named Sally helped me to process a refund and switch over to the free plan once we're ready to afford it. Will definitely use this app as we scale!

Esse Aplicativo é Sensacional. Eu não sou muito de avaliar até porque muitos fazem propaganda enganosa, agora quando encontramos um aplicativo desse nível, é Obrigação avaliar!!!
Super simples de ler as informações, tem a interface limpa, não é pesado, e repassa informações valiosíssimas.
