I got to see customer activities on my page. I got to see where my store needs improvement. though cannot delete recordings which I don't need. but 5 star on this app as it gives you what you need and its free!

Simple to use great app. Helps with Fraud detection as well for my team and I. Def gets our recommendations

This app works in the free version. I was instantly able to see how my visitors behaved on the website. No fuss. Thank you guys for a nice app. https://myshittybackpack.com/

When I first installed this app it worked well (of course during the free trial). It showed me the behavior of my customers and it allowed me to make some changes to my site to improve customer experience. Now, weeks later and during Black Friday when the traffic to my site has increased exponentially, I am unable to even open the app. It takes me to an error page and it asks me to log in, when I press that button it takes me to the page to install the app again. This is extremely frustrating. I will be uninstalling this app and finding something that actually works.

I think it's an amazing app so far. I got to try it and I actually saw a recorded video of myself navigating my site. So cool!
