It's a pain to have to manually refresh the page in order to see the most recent sessions. Otherwise, great!

This has to be the coolest thing since sliced bread lol. This app helped me right out of the gate. I was getting lots of visitors but no sales. I watched the replays and immediately saw the problem. Buyers kept clicking on my reviews. My website is new so I didn't have many. I uninstalled the reviews app altogether and got my first sale within an hour!

I have having a low conversion rate and this app lets me replay customer session recording, hence I can see whats wrong with the page and then improve it.

A good app, the point is that it is free, it can let me see the user's purchase behavior, so that I can better optimize my website...

The app doesn't work as promised. I can only see my own recordings. Every time I try watch my customers recordings the app only show me a frozen image of my landing page.

Think it's a good app, it can let us know what problem we still got on our website. And improve from the angle of potential buyer, it can let us know how fast a user open a page, and what pages he has viewed,then we can analyse how to improve the replay. really like it.
