The customer support was great. It's also really helpful to see what my customers have done and if anything brings the away from my site I can fix it.

Excellent. Seeing the recording on our page is one awesome feature.. people should give a try.. I guess it is a good tool for optimization.

Some elements do not show but is acceptable as recordings clearly show cursor/tap on mobile devices.
