Peek! ‑ Better Replay & Survey

The app works great. I've read some bad coments but I still try it and was surprised. There are some design issues using Mobile phone....but I give it 4 stars, the app works, test video was recorded and I could play it without problems, so let's see if this works when I have traffic

Great app, helped me figure out what was going wrong with my website! Allows you to watch what your customers do when they land on your page!

Web pages are always prone to problems.
The system is always shut down.
There is still much to be improved in use.

This app provides great insight into customers behavior and has allowed me to analyze and focus on what is important while making sure eliminate things that are wasting money. Thankscx

Its great to be able to "spy" on your customers to see what they see and to see where they lose interest so you know where to pinpoint improvement! Ive learned alot watching the movement on my site and I have work to do! lol Its the only app out there that Ive seen that does this and its free! Download! You won't regret it!

I'm going to put a 4 star here for now because i've only tested it on myself, but when ig et visitors and stuff i will come back to either improve or lower my review..... Also could a developer tell me if it slows down your site a bit? not bothered if it does just want to know, thank you!

Very useful during Black Friday, we tweaked a few exit points. Only two suggestions 1. the replay is rather small, had to enlarge to 200-250% to see it on laptop and even then couldn't see detail or elements would appear inverted/ upside down, due to being enlarged? 2. Would be useful to have IP address of visitors or a way of detecting screenshot action, one visitor spent 45 minutes dawdling up and down and across the All Products collection page.

It's a great app , i ve just install it and it seems to work very well , very useful and helps you make your store better for the customers
