Peek! ‑ Better Replay & Survey

I just installed the app and it seems user friendly. I have been able to watch several recordings. I will continue to dig into the deeper functionality

if there is a log of what customer did that would be better than watching through hundreds of videos

habe es erst installiert funktioniert bis jetzt super ... und es ist auch kostenlos. Ganz simpel zu benutzen. Ich werde weiterhin berichten.

-lacking in filtering features
-Filtering features don't work. I have several recordings with purchase event tagged in my recordings but filtered results show nothing.
-can't filter by date range. good luck scrolling through thousands of recordings
-recording timeline doesn't show event markings.

Just installed. Exciting functionality. I am sure this will help serve customers better. Instant view to the pages that confuse customers

looks good to me it is bit scary to see how customers navigating but it will definitely help me improve
