Love this app. Takes all the guesswork out of how customers interact with your site. You get videos of exactly what each customer did on your site with just selections redacted. Very useful to understand customer behaviour. Sometimes the duration data and location of users seems to be out but it really is a very small price to pay. Would thoroughly recommend. Awesome app.
