This is a great app to retrace the user actions. I definitely recommend this for new store owners. I have installed the same app on my other store and found this very useful. However I am having some issues with this app when I installed on my new store and I am unable to view recordings. I haven't received any response from them after contacting them couple of times.

Would be more helpful if it can have the option to ignore certain IP (the owner) and also the option to ignore event (by time for example - session that is less than 1 min, etc)

I asked for a refund and after waiting for a whole day yet no respond when it says on their online chat a few minutes so that doesn't work. Now im going to try emailing them, If they give me a refund I would happily change my rating because the app was good but their communication is not good. :(
