While the UI of the app is clean and easy to use, its riddled with bugs.
This means that the ability to filter and view on events often does not work, the session time is not accurate, session recordings are often cut off, and more recently, the recordings are duplicated.
While the support team responds to your bug tickets, bugs are rarely resolved and you'll need to chase them to get any update. For a $30 / month app - this is not acceptable.
Great app to analyze customer behavior and adjust the website accordingly.

The anonymous insight into page interactions and flows has been helping us choose and prioritize product and web updates.

This app does exactly what it promises to do! Although some features are limited, it's awesome that Peek offers free plan for starter to test it out. Live chat is also responsive and helpful. I'd recommend this app for all new/small businesses.

Really solid app. We used the free version for some time, but it was so good we decided to upgrade. It's worth it. You'll learn really useful things from watching the recordings that will help you know where to improve your site.
Customer service is very quick to answer. I haven't been able to use the app yet but am hopeful.
