The Replay Live Session recordings helped me understand what my customers wanted. I could see where they were going and what I was missing in my store. Would suggest this for anyone!!

I used this app to track the mistake ine my store aand it helped me effectively. I recommend everyone who feels like he has a bug i his website to get it

I like that it is simple and straightforward. I wish you could sort/narrow down the sessions to search them - ie by time spent, by area, by pages visited.
