just installed it and it is working well. The geotag is not that accurate but I do not mind it. Hope it helps.

Allows me to see where on my site my customers are looking and where I can improve by looking at where specifically they bounce out.

Works fine, sometimes i cant see the replays. But helped me to understand better the user behavior in my store

these guys are wonderful just give them a few minutes and they'll be right there to answer any questions you have....
