and it's totally free compared to Hotjar.
It is very, very complete.
However, to be in legislative force, the site numbers must be blurred.

I just started using this and so far, so good. I do notice some of the videos recording are much shorter in duration on what it says in the duration & date column of the report.

It is a good app and it is also free. This will help me to improve my store by reviewing the actions of my website visitors. Watching a video clip like a CCTV in your home. It will be very helpful for my conversion and managing my store well. I hope it will remains free and continue to have additional options for better use. This app is great, records every movement on your live website. You can easily see what the site visitors do after landing on your site, which button they click and at what point they leave your site. It helps in understanding the behavior flow of the visitors and in improving the content and design of your website.
