This app does the job what it exactly said. Customer support is very fast. Happy to see this kind of app free in here. Take the advantage of this for your store.
4 stars for now, can't see the reviews when customer is looking on the reviews. im using loox review btw
Nice app very intuitive, can help to detect problems regarding the site you have. Just started testing so will come back later
Simple but great tool! Effective and powerful. It's also very easy to learn and navigate through the app.
didn't used to record everything
now it records nothing and it shows errors like recording length for a single video is 22176 Hours
No reason to deduct fees, belong to the fraudulent software. Charged for a month and still can't use paid features. Not recommended to use!

I love this app. It helped me figured out why I had abandoned carts and it is so easy to install. Thank you so much for this tool. I use it on all my stores and my clients stores.
This is a very useful app. Helps in better understanding of your customers and customer behavior. Must try.
Hasn't worked once since I downloaded, Trying to view sessions I get the same error message over and over again. Emailed support and had to chase twice in order to get a reply, and then It's just been left with the developers with no updates. Unfortunate really as the actual app looks great and if it worked would be fantastic!
