I was keen to see why my customers abandoned their carts. Therefor I tried this app. But this app didn't recorded any of my abandoned carts. Many records show errors, therefore very often I was not able to view my customers actions on my shop. But the worse is the customer service. I am waiting for days for a response, but nothing. I expected a decent customer service for a pricey app like this one. I definitely can't recommend this app.

I am sorry to hear that you didn't have a good experience with our app and the support team.
I have confirmed that there are many sessions with abandoned carts on your account, you can filter them using the "Has items in cart" filter option. This is true that many of your replays were showing errors, it was a theme-related recorder issue, but please add that we have fixed it within 24 hours of reporting. I am really sorry it happened.
When it comes to response time we are trying to respond within 24 hours but technical questions like a missing replay go through our development team and this could take more time. I personally checked and the longest you waited was 2 working days. The last email you wrote was Friday evening our time and we get back to you in the morning Tuesday. I am sorry if this is not satisfying, we are a new app in the app store and at this moment we prefer to spend more on developers to make the new features than selling live chat support.
