You can you can simplify, streamline and customize your reports based on your needs and if there is any information that is not available, the support team is always there to assist and give you a resolution.

I was able to create reports with Report Pundit that I was unable to do with any other reporting app I tried. Highly recommended.

I have experienced incorrect inventory and now incorrect sales history. Chatting with someone to help fix the issue is just a waiting game. Its obvious they are mutli-tasking.

Report Pundit is a great tool that lets you generate and automate an endless variation of reports that facilitate the workflow massively. Support team is very helpful and assists instantly to any queries there might be. If a report is needed that does not seem possible, they somehow generate it for you. Absolutely recommendable!

Great app! AWESOME chat help! Included videos to help me navigate & make reports! Just what I needed

I run a small business using an ERP system to control production and warehouse inventory. Report pundit has been tremendous in helping me bridge the gap between Shopify orders and my ERP system. Their reports are customizable so that all information is plug and play with my ERP system. Not only is the integration helpful for my business, but their pre-built template reports also give many business insights for us to analyze, evaluate, and improve our business. Most importantly, all this is free. It's unbelievable!

I was a little hesitant at first about downloading and trying this app. After reading some very positive reviews I decided to give it a try.
This app is AMAZING! I was able to quickly set up and format reports after only a few minutes of installing it. The interface is very user friendly and makes customizing reports a snap. I did have a couple of minor questions though. Much to my surprise (and delight) the Chat support was available 24/7 and was actually staffed by people that instantly knew how to solve my issues. (Note: The problem was due to my setup, not due to the app)
This will definitely be my 'go to' app for Shopify reports from this point forward and be my recommendation to anyone that asks!
