The team has been extremely responsive to our requests. We recently spec'd out custom reporting for the 25+ independent shops that we operate. The ability to sync each shop to one report is a huge timesaver.

We bought Report Pundit in order to do reports that the Shopify reporting would not do. Our business uses down payments and receives full payment when we finish the product or service they order. No subtotals at row level but can be done in Excel
