2nd review - just want to say again the customer service is the best, they always answer instantly and always sort your problem extremely fast. I haven't had better support from any other app. The reports are excellent. I recommend this app to anyone that wants to know their business figures.

Fantastic service, the team helped us make our custom reports right from live chat, it was amazing and saved us hours! This is a low-fi/simple reporting tool with a LOT of flexibility and the options that let us make exactly the report we want and email it to us every day. Saved us hours and had the options other reporting tools lacked. Give it a try!

I used the app to get a better report to import sales data into MYOB that includes the payout amount, to easier rec to bank deposits. Great help.

Report Pundit is super powerful and can run just about any report you can imagine. This is a great thing, but can also be a bit confusing. However, the customer support if fantastic and if you ever run into issues they’ll help you create the report you need very quickly via the live chat. Definitely recommended.

The amount of hours I have spent trying to search for an app that can do everything this one can would amount to DAYS of my time. Oh my god... this app is everything you need when it comes to filtering orders by data on a very customized level. It's also very user friendly if you are equipped to handle data like this. I have tried other apps on here and they don't even compare to how streamlined this one is when it comes to creating custom reports that allow you to get the information you need in just a few clicks. Got the custom report I needed for a much MUCH cheaper price than upgrading my Shopify plan to be able to get it! So worth the price to have these advanced reports!
