Report Pundit makes up for what Shopify is lacking in reporting. There is an incredible library of pre-built reports, making it an incredible value. On top of that, the customer service in exceptional! Any time there is an additional report I need help creating, I send a quick chat, answer any questions their team has, and I have a custom report in less than 24 hours. Cannot reccomend enough!

Just got this app for a specific purpose and needed help building a custom report. I did this through chat thinking it would be hours or even days for a response, but no, they got right back immediately and built the report to my specs in a few minutes! In addition, I noticed one small error the next day and again this was fixed immediately. I see there are many pre built reports, many of which I may utilize in the future and I get to know the app better, I know I'll be able to build custom reports when needed but this was a great start.

This application has significantly reduced my workload by consolidating data from multiple stores.
Additionally, they quickly create new fields upon request, and their customer support is FANTASTIC!!!.

We install Report Pundit on every Shopify site that we launch. The product allows for custom reports to be emailed to interested parties on schedule. There are plenty of existing reports that are great and very useful. Our team needed to build a few custom reports and their team was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Excellent customer support! Highly recommend.
