I just started using Report Pundit, and it looks very user-friendly. I'm really impressed with customer service. They helped me right away to build a couple of reports.
Updated review September 15/2023 - We signed up for the monthly subscription and it's been great. I have the reports I need without upgrading to the next tier with Shopify. Customer service is fabulous!

Setting up daily reports for staff is easy to do. This app has been a big help for us. Tech support is fast and very helpful. They have helped me set up many custom reports very quickly. They always seem to be available via messenger.

Report Pundit is a must-have app for Shopify. Customer support is always fast and responsive to what report I am trying to create. They are continually coming up with new solutions. Love the wide selection of reports plus everything is customizable to what is needed. I would say this is one of the best apps available.
