Report Pundit: Custom Reports

One of the best apps ever! I use this tool all the time. It provides all the missing reports you'd love to have. Plus their customer service is excellent. I needed a custom report and used their chat. Immediately I was helped and they created a very sophisticated report and showed me how to use it in just a few minutes. Definitely get this app. You will not be sorry! UPDATE: Fantastic customer service in addition to a fantastic app!!

UPDATE: Do Good Shop.org has been using this app for a while now and it is still and unbelievably helpful tool! We stand by our earlier review (below) and add even more stars for this app! Saves our lives every quarter for sales tax filing.

This is so helpful for separating out our non-taxable items when filing/paying our quarterly sales taxes. Also, the customer service is quick, thorough, and friendly! Highly recommend!

I accidentally stumbled upon this app after cancelling the one I was using.
I did the 14 day trial, and just picked the pro plus plan. Not only is it cheaper than anything else I have seen, it has more features - and unlimited orders. I have used the chat a couple of times. It is a real person, not a chat bot and the wait time is almost non existent. Looking forward to using this app and discovering ALL it can do.

Very helpful support staff who managed to quickly amend the standard reports, adding customised fields including separating one field into two to ensure it was in the correct format for an automatic download and upload.
