The customer service is phenomenal. I had no idea how to make the reports I needed and this just takes all the guess work and confusion out of it. Best reporting app ever. They helped me a lot in setup custom reports. They let me save hours and hours of manual work!

We were working with another developer app and was told the feature we needed would take about two weeks. I gave it three and contacted the developer and was ghosted. I then began researching other apps. Came across Report Pundit and their service did not disappoint!! Within a matter of minutes I had the feature I needed for our reports listed and questions answered. This is TOP NOTCH app developer! Highly recommend.

I was struggling with sales tax since some states require you to do it by county rather than the whole state, which Shopify does not show in their reports. The staff at Report Pundit were very helpful and accommodating when it came to assisting me with making custom reports for those county sales. Even though I hired an accountant to file my taxes for me, this definitely took a huge weight off my and their shoulders so we wouldn’t have to go through every individual sale! I definitely recommend this app for anyone that was struggling with the same issues as I was. This was definitely the cheapest and easiest alternative as well.
