Their customer service is outstanding. For any report you need assistance creating, they are there to help!
10 star support, they create custom reports on request.
This app could be much more useful if the customer support wasn't the worst of all time.
When you ask them something there are two possibilities:
1. they do the work completely wrong
2. they don't do anything
Every time I ask them anything it is a nightmare. They never understand what you are asking, then they fake to understand and make everything wrong. It is unbelievable and I am really astonished to see so many good reviews, probably I am the only one that asks for custom reports.
Out of the box reports are great and the tool is super easy to use. Also, the team is extremely helpful. I needed help building a custom report, and the support team built me a sample version that was perfect within minutes! Big thank you to Mahesh from the support team for your help :)
We just started using Report Pundit after trying many other reporting apps. This is the one we are choosing because the reporting is fantastic and there are endless ways to filter and find the exact data we need.
The new chart feature looks great too. Its very nice being able to visualize the reports in chart form.
Additionally, the support has been excellent. Chan answered my questions and went above and beyond to patiently explain things and help address our needs. Report Pundit is highly recommended.
