Report Pundit has already proven to be invaluable and we're not even out of the trial period! We have a huge array of SKUs and we manufacture a portion of those ourselves. It is critical that we be able to manage our manufacturing schedule in a way that makes our processes more efficient without spending a ton of money on software for small manufacturers - which are really better suited to manufacturers who are further along than we are.

We love Shopify, but the report capability at the mid-level of their subscription range isn't optimal. Report Pundit fills that gap perfectly. But, even better is the developer's responsiveness. I can only hope this developer continues on as the owner/operator of the company as his attention to customer inquiries is excellent. Definitely worth your money to get this app!!

Yes... it's worth it. Every bit of data that's possible to expose from your store? Instant previews? A team that pro-actively(!) strives for customer success? Check, check, check. "Come for the data, stay for the customer service," haha. There's not much more to say--install the free trial, open a template that almost meets your exact use case, tweak to your liking, and see if you aren't able to export everything you need. Maybe you want to see all open, unfulfilled orders, that aren't tagged "shipmentHold"--and maybe you want to schedule that report. Easy! Tons of possibilities. Hit uninstall before the trial ends if you don't get value out of it, but do check with live chat first to see if maybe you didn't uncover a feature that would help you get exactly what you need. I was looking for a way to provide automated reports from our new Shopify store with the exact data my Exec Council was receiving from our different locations on a daily and weekly basis and even other date ranges so as to do some efficient promotional analysis.
The amount of existing template was amazing and very useful. But I wanted to have a report that would condense the specific data I needed, including some sales data by vendors and by product types.
I tried 3 other apps before I found Report Pundit, and none were able to do the job. Pundit Support worked numerous hours putting my reports together (it took more time than necessary until I could figure out what I needed based on what was possible, but we nailed it and we have the exact report my execs need for any time frame desired. We even have them automatically reported on schedule to everyone who need or want them. And we even have them automatically added to Google Drive/sheet so whatever computer our Execs use, they can access our sales reports for free on their existing computer.
Like many of us I was looking for Free reports, but the small fee to pay for these reports generated by Pundit will save 10-15 hours for each location manager weekly and will eliminate human errors - which also amounts in weekly hours of frustration for some execs who have a hard time to collect exact data from new managers!
So thank you so much Report Pundit, you are providing a most valuable service which we wish was available from Shopify standardly. But personalized data can not be provided by a generic outfit and you fill this void exceptionally!

Excellent support both through email and chat. Really, really appreciate the offers to help with customization and scripting to create whatever is needed. Love the scheduling features. I was stuck with metafield implementation and they immediately & successfully came to the rescue! Tons of control over all types of reporting. Immediate sync functionality which is missing in many other reporting tools. Thank you, RP!!

The answer to all my prayers. While shopify's analytics are fine, when I really started to dig in, I couldn't do the data cuts I wanted. This app has reports premade for almost all of my questions and the ones it didn't have, I could easily make myself in the UX. More importantly, their service is unbelievable. Immediate response in live chat and they actually created me reports in minutes! MUST!

OMG this is the best app I have used. Vincent helped me tremendously. I don't think there isn't a report they can not generate for you. I so badly needed something to break my sales down by state for tax purposes so that I could do my own taxes and when I tell yall they generated me a report in minutes. He even showed me other features on shopify that I did not know nor did the shopify rep know. Thank you Vincent. He was absolutely wonderful and so knowledgeable. Business owners don't hesitate to download this app will save you hours of work

One of the most important apps in our shop. We rely on the app to generate delivery lists, to know how many cakes we have to prepare for a day.
Tech support is very helpful and They have set up for me the custom reports I needed.

Best app I have ever come across. It has saved me an incredible amount of time and money in terms of man hours that it paid for itself with the very first report that was generated. It seems there is nothing this app can't generate a report for. I spent hours every month tallying the inventory value in our two fulfilment centers for my CPA until ReportPundit automated the process; she now automatically receives a report in her inbox on the 1st of every month. We implemented tips at check out, to be donated to a non-profit. I was adding those up by hand and then asked ReportPundit support if they could automate that. Why yes, they could. And they did. I now receive a report every evening of that day's tips and I donate that money to the non-profit the next day.

We had our website highly customized to provide a certain service for our customers; but, this customization made it difficult to receive certain data easily. John with Report Pundit reached out asking if I needed help. I explained what I needed with ZERO expectation he could help. Without any hesitation, John said, "OK, no problem!" The report I requested was highly customized and took about 24 hours for him to complete. In the end, HE DID IT! This report will literally save HOURS PER ORDER for us. THANK YOU JOHN!
