Report Pundit: Custom Reports

We use this software to coordinate with our logistics partners. If we ever have an issue their support has been able to resolve our issues quickly.

I wanted a very specific sales report for a specific product. I contacted the chat help and the customer support rep was amazing. He solved my issue in a matter of a few minutes and made the whole process so easy for me. I highly recommend this app and their customer support.

The answer to all my prayers. While shopify's analytics are fine, when I really started to dig in, I couldn't do the data cuts I wanted. This app has reports premade for almost all of my questions and the ones it didn't have, I could easily make myself in the UX. More importantly, their service is unbelievable. Immediate response in live chat and they actually created me reports in minutes! MUST!

First, excellent customer support. They will help you build complex reports and scheduling, even things not available in the front-end of the app, so don't hesitate to talk to them if you need help. Second, this app is great for running reports that would be too detailed for the standard Shopify interface. This saves me hours of manual spreadsheet work every month.

OMG this is the best app I have used. Vincent helped me tremendously. I don't think there isn't a report they can not generate for you. I so badly needed something to break my sales down by state for tax purposes so that I could do my own taxes and when I tell yall they generated me a report in minutes. He even showed me other features on shopify that I did not know nor did the shopify rep know. Thank you Vincent. He was absolutely wonderful and so knowledgeable. Business owners don't hesitate to download this app will save you hours of work

One of the most important apps in our shop. We rely on the app to generate delivery lists, to know how many cakes we have to prepare for a day.
Tech support is very helpful and They have set up for me the custom reports I needed.

Best app I have ever come across. It has saved me an incredible amount of time and money in terms of man hours that it paid for itself with the very first report that was generated. It seems there is nothing this app can't generate a report for. I spent hours every month tallying the inventory value in our two fulfilment centers for my CPA until ReportPundit automated the process; she now automatically receives a report in her inbox on the 1st of every month. We implemented tips at check out, to be donated to a non-profit. I was adding those up by hand and then asked ReportPundit support if they could automate that. Why yes, they could. And they did. I now receive a report every evening of that day's tips and I donate that money to the non-profit the next day.

We had our website highly customized to provide a certain service for our customers; but, this customization made it difficult to receive certain data easily. John with Report Pundit reached out asking if I needed help. I explained what I needed with ZERO expectation he could help. Without any hesitation, John said, "OK, no problem!" The report I requested was highly customized and took about 24 hours for him to complete. In the end, HE DID IT! This report will literally save HOURS PER ORDER for us. THANK YOU JOHN!
