Report Pundit: Custom Reports

The BEST customer service of any app we use. They are always willing to assist when we are in need of a report being modified or having an issue, which is rare that there is a problem. Highly recommend this app!

As a non-profit organization, it's important that we balance to the penny (or as close as possible) every month. Report Pundit gives us all the tools we need to complete our monthly reconciliation with ease, like differentiating between taxed and untaxed transactions, payments fees based on transaction date, and more. Reconciling our eCommerce operation has become a breeze, and we have gotten back hours of time we would have otherwise spent parsing through raw data.

Recently, I noticed there was an issue with one of my go-to reports. Within minutes, a support representative investigated my issue, developed a custom report, and had me on my way with the issue resolved. All-in-all, we couldn't recommend Report Pundit more for our non-profit counterparts and anyone who is extra persnickety about their bookkeeping!

Great app, let's you download reports extremely fast even for large amounts of data. Customization is pretty good, and anything you can't do within the app, the support team can likely build for you.

Great app, awesome & reliable support! Honestly, I chose a much cheaper app at first, but after using that cheap app for a couple of months, the app suddenly became out of service for a day or two. So I switched to Report Pundit and their staff are so helpful in customizing the report I want. Add or switch to Report Pundit! You won't regret it!

So simple to use and perfectly flexible! Our massive inventory (over 100k skus) needed a powerhouse reporting tool and ReportPundit does it. And, if you do get stuck, their customer service is quick and painless. We chatted through an issue in a few minutes I had the report I needed!

There are always a ton of apps that do pretty similar things. This app delivers on that count so thats not such a big surprise. The thing that really sets this app apart was how fast and how accurate the support was! Shawn was amazingly fast and polite (not to mention extremely helpful) in answering my queries and was so patient with me. Furthermore, not only did he create the custom report that i wanted, he helped me with another custom report that i was trying to play around with and solved it right on the spot. To be honest its rather annoying to have to pay for some many apps on Shopify, but the one thing that i'll be glad to pay for is responsive and good customer service.

I had some difficulty initially trying to create a report with the filters I needed, but customer service was quick to respond (within seconds) and helped me create a report tailored to my exact needs.
