Report Pundit: Custom Reports

Report Pundit has been a great addition to my company's Shopify store. This app has allowed for us to utilize Shopify in a more robust way with our wholesale business. The customization of reporting has been noteworthy but the Report Pundit team has been extraordinary. The built in support chat is incredibly responsive and helpful. We will absolutely continue to use Report Pundit in our Shopify store.

After trying out quite a few reporting plugins for my Shopify store, I was pointed toward Report Pundit. With some hesitation (after the others not doing what I needed), I setup my reporting. Everything about this app has been the perfect fit for my needs. We have been able to utilize the prebuilt reports, build simple custom reports to fit out specific needs, etc. On top of all of that, anytime I've needed help understanding a report or troubleshooting, the customer service has far exceeding my expectations! Highly recommend this app and its developers!

Report Pundit just NAILED IT!

I have been searching for a way to link PayPal and Afterpay transactions to Shopify. The only way to do it is to identify the Authorization Code or the Merchant Code in the payment gateway, and that data cannot be exported in Shopify reports.

But... Report Pundit gave me the ability to capture both of those fields in a report. Now I can tie Shopify transaction numbers and Order Names to specific PayPal and Afterpay transactions to track payouts and AR from those tools.

I considered trying to build a tool that does this myself, but Report Pundit provided the path for a very fair price. Now I can cancel that other $200/month app that was screwing up my QuickBooks Online and use Report Pundit as my ONLY Shopify data source.

We tried out several reporting apps but found Report Pundit the best by far. Functionality wise, it allows you to create reports for draft orders and payouts which most apps don't. It's also very quick and easy to build reports, but the thing that really makes it stand out is the support. There is a live chat feature on the page and I've never had to wait very long to get help. The support team will troubleshoot your reports and also make changes if required. They have also implemented some changes to the app which I requested, which was really helpful. I would highly recommend this app for reporting!

Best app - does much more than you can expect from a typical reporting apps and BEST SUPPORT TEAM I came across all Shopify apps. Great app, let's you download reports extremely fast even for large amounts of data. Customization is pretty good, and anything you can't do within the app, the support team can likely build for you.

Great app, awesome & reliable support! Honestly, I chose a much cheaper app at first, but after using that cheap app for a couple of months, the app suddenly became out of service for a day or two. So I switched to Report Pundit and their staff are so helpful in customizing the report I want. Add or switch to Report Pundit! You won't regret it!

So simple to use and perfectly flexible! Our massive inventory (over 100k skus) needed a powerhouse reporting tool and ReportPundit does it. And, if you do get stuck, their customer service is quick and painless. We chatted through an issue in a few minutes I had the report I needed!
